By accessing or using the services provided by CliemNet , you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Description

CliemNet provides web development, design, and related digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website development and design
  • Web application development
  • Landing page creation
  • UI/UX design services
  • SEO optimization

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for project completion
  • Make timely payments as agreed in project contracts
  • Provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Payments and Fees

All services require payment as outlined in individual project agreements. We may require:

  • A deposit before work begins (typically 30-50% of total project cost)
  • Milestone payments for larger projects
  • Final payment before delivery of completed work

Late payments may incur additional fees at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final delivered work product, excluding:

  • Third-party components (fonts, plugins, etc.) which may have their own licenses
  • Our proprietary frameworks and tools

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may change due to:

  • Client delays in providing content or feedback
  • Scope changes requested by client
  • Unforeseen technical challenges

We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Significant changes to project scope after work begins may require a new agreement and additional fees.

8. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel projects with written notice:

  • For cancellations before work begins, any deposit will be refunded minus administrative fees
  • For cancellations after work begins, client is responsible for payment for all work completed to date
  • We reserve the right to cancel projects for non-payment or other breaches of these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

CliemNet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use our services
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any other matter relating to our services

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
